This list is points based, if you want to send you need points, 

if you want points you need to read your emails!

A generous amount of points are given when you join.  You also receive that amount of points monthly.

Free members will receive enough points to send ads once a week.

Pro members receive enough points to send twice a week.

Premium members receive enough points to send every other day.

Executives receive enough points to send daily.

However!  You get points for every email you read.  It only takes reading 5 to 10

emails to get enough points for another send.  Therefore, even Free Members can send

out ads daily, if they just read through the list emails and admin emails. 

In addition to the regular points in the emails, there are lottery points also. 

You'll get a large amount of points when you win the lottery!

As the number of members on the safelist increases, I will raise the number of

points given monthly.  I want to keep up with the same parameters set above. 

I have a special safelist email account where all my credit based emails go.

That way I can go right to that account and read the emails there to get my points for sending.
